AT DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION STAGE
We carry out 100% in process quality checks. These including visual inspection of wax patterns and assembly, dimensional profiling of each wax patterns, visual examination of the cast parts. 100% visual inspection of wax patterns, wax assemblies and cast parts.
Apart from the above we routinely carryout selective sampling of wax pattern and cast parts for dimensional stability. Each melt undergoes chemical analysis and records are maintained for total traceability.
Highly skilled and trained human resource base, our technical staff strength is of 15 heads and skilled labor is of 20 and unskilled of approximately 50 heads under strict monitoring orders schedules, new development and stock plans in materials, we maintain a very strict delivery schedules in accordance to the requirements of our valued customers.
Generally, unspecified tolerance will confirm to VDG P690 DI/IS: 11166-1993 CLASS2. Sometimes, it may be possible to obtain even closer tolerances in a few dimensions but, at a considerably higher cost. Tolerances are depending on the size and intricate design and geometry of the casting component.
